What is a West syndrome?

West syndrome is a type of seizure disorder which started in infancy, in the first year of life between the age of 4-8 months causes a body to bend forward, arm and legs stiffness.

When did West syndrome start?

West syndrome starts to develop between the age group of 3-6 months of age.

What causes West syndrome started?

It is caused due to:

• Malfunction of neurotransmitter

• cortical dysplasia

• Trauma
