What is PMS?

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a common cyclic disorder of young and middle-aged women combination of emotional, physical, and psychological disturbances occurring after a woman’s ovulation and typically ending with the commencement of menstrual flow.

Which age group is affected due to this?

Only females are affected. 35 to 45 years of age group females are more affected. 

What causes PMS?
